EXCHANGES & REFUND
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it according to our easy exchange policy. Please note that the exchange is only allowed is for the orders placed through our web site.
You have seven (7) days from the day you receive the products (the “Product(s)”) to return it back to us for an exchange. All garments are subject to inspection and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange once we receive the garment. If your exchange is approved, you will receive store credit for the full value of the garment you wish to exchange. You may use this store credit towards an immediate replacement product or any future purchase.
We do not facilitate cash refunds.
Sale items are not exchangeable.
How to Exchange
Please inform us of an exchange by filling out the “Exchange Request Form” or by calling our customer service hotline +94 760971358 during operating hours. Please provide the relevant order number to expedite this process.
All merchandise being exchanged must be unwashed and unworn. All internal tags must be attached to the garment and the garment should be original condition with the original receipt. Exchange is allowed only once.
Delivery charges are not refunded however we will not charge for exchange pick up. Rs. 200 will be charged to deliver the replacement product. You are responsible for taking reasonable care in packing Products for exchange in order to prevent damages while such products are being transported back to us.
We do not permit exchanges on sale items or discounted items. We allow only one-time exchange per invoice. Once we receive your exchange, it may take up to 3-4 business days to process your request and give you store credit. Discount offers can only be applied for fresh orders placed during the offer period. The offers are not valid for exchange orders.

Exchange for Damaged items
We ensure that the quality and standards are met in our products and processes. In order to achieve the standards, we conduct a quality check to ensure the products are 100% damage free prior to the shipment.
Once you receive the order please check your items at the delivery point. Please contact us immediately if you find a damaged item and you will be able to return it or we will exchange it free of charge. Please note that we will not be responsible for the damaged items thereafter.

Please be kind enough to inform us within 24 hours after placing the order since the product will be reserved for you. The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from the office.
